Great little used dealership!

I was no longer interested in the vehicle, and I told them I needed to cancel my appt which I didn’t even have to do in the first place. I received 10+ phone calls, voicemails, and texts AFTER that. Absolutely unnecessary, try just leaving people alone. I bought my new car from another dealership.

Chris at Dimmitt Cadillac was amazing to work with. The whole process was a breeze. There were no hidden costs or fees. We will be customers in the future!

Went there this morning after seen a good affordable price online, test drove the car. Ready to sign the papers and the sales guy Solomon quoted awhole different price. I told him that the price on cargurus.com had a $2550 price difference. He told me that cargurus.com get paid to show a different price. I told him that it wasn't true been the I've bought a car using this site. He told me to hold on, went to talk to someone just to say the they will charge me the price I see on gurus and for the taxes and fees, I will still have to pay a total of 10 to $11,000's. I was going to buy the car cash but been that this dealership provided you with false advertising and false hope, I left and spent my money else where. Will also make a complaint on BBB now.

They were very responsive when I had questions, I will still be looking and may still purchase from this dealer
