I didn't get this vehicle but got another one from them they worked with me inspired of my situation and got the car I wanted.

The vehicle I came to see was not clean and when I made the test drive the wheel shimmied as I climbed a hill; I should have walked away when I saw it was dirty a clear sign that this dealership’s used car division is in need of some leadership

I had a salesperson reach out to me and we have communicated some about the vehicle that I had been looking at. I felt that it was out of my price range at this time.

They responded back promptly after my initial interest submission on the Internet. They emailed me, called me, etc. I didn’t visit their store for test drive; and also ended up not buying from them. That’s why I’m rating them 3/5 (because I didn’t have any face to face interaction), not for any other reasons.

The dealer contacted me and was great . And very curious I really appreciated the effort they put fourth. But my situation suddenly changed and I'm having to go a different route. Great job and thank you
