Confirmed car was available, drove 3 hours to find out he sold it days before. Weeks later and car is still on his website.

Probably one of the absolute worst experiences I've had. I'm sure my name had something to do with it. They did not contact me, I had to contact them. The person I spoke with told me that he had to uh, uh, uh, check with the owner to see if they actually want to sell it.? It's listed online for sale right? Clean title, zero accidents, but uh, supposedly has frame damage?....Ok. Was supposed to recieve a call back in 20 minutes after confirming that the owner actually wanted to sell a truck that has been listed online for sale.....Never received a call back.

The dealer that was working with me was prompt, direct, and honest and when I was beat to the punch for the Audi Q5 I originally wanted to purchase from the dealership I was given other car options and at a good cheaper price too so I left happy with my wheels!

Great saleswoman. No pressure. Patient cause I live 2 hrs away. Detailed great. Would go back again!!!!

verty helpful--but we purchased another brand of car

We were not able to complete sale. Gave low offer on our vehicle and when I produce an offer from another dealer they would not match There car was listed with 2000 miles less than what was on odometer. Drove an hour one way to be disappointed.
