This car buying experience was a disaster from start to finish. If I-16 was paved with good intentions it would definitely have a fresh layer of asphalt. I will never do business with this dealership again. The dealership was prompt and friendly upon first contact. The listing semi-accurately described the vehicle. I drove 2 1/2 hours to make it to the dealership the vehicle was not ready. First the keys were missing then they were signed out to an employee that was not there on Saturday. Then the keys were signed out to someone who was at the dealership when I arrived but had left for the day by the time that was discovered. The truth was the car wasn't even at the dealership at all on Saturday. By the time I found this out they has wasted almost another 2 hours of my time. when I finally received the vehicle on the following Monday it wasn't even brought to me as promised. I had to travel to a local branch of their dealership to pick it up. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!!

The dealer that contacted me was easy to reach and very helpful and understanding point blank he was on point in every way.
