I took the time to get approved drove 2hrs to go pick up the vehicle and the dealer called me and told me it was sold didn't even return my calls

Not transparent. Brought a bunch of ad ons when got to buying process. Make you get tracking device in car.

Potential Buyer Beware! I went in to look at a 2022 Ram 1500 which I saw online. The online price was $30,996. The truck was in good condition and drove well. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, the salesman mentioned that the truck came with new wheel locks, a lo-jack system, and paint and dent protection which added which cost $2500. He did not state however, that these add on were not in the advertised price. I didn't realize this until he showed me the cost break down which, all of a sudden, the add-ons were now $5,500. I told him that was not right and he should have specified that in the online add. After speaking with his "finance manager" he came back and lowered the add-ons to original quoted $2,500. I told him I wasn't going to pay for add-ons and that the was deceptive to omit these costs in the online price. As I was leaving I happen to look at the truck one last time and noticed the sticker with the cost for the add-ons...$1,995. Don't fall for this deception.

Initially, the dealer replied right away. When I asked for out the door numbers and a sight unseen trade in offer on a Tuesday near the end of the day, the salesperson said they would get them to me on Thursday because they were off work on Wednesday. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase. If the deal was right, I was ready to pull the trigger, just wasn't going to jump on any deal that I found. Fast forward, they never gave me the numbers, and I never heard back from them. Two weeks later they still have the vehicle, and I traveled elsewhere to purchase.

Good experience overall, I just had to wait a little longer than I wanted to, even though I had all the financing worked out, but I suppose it is typical when buying a vehicle.

Bought numerous vehicles from this dealership...both my with & I have not had a bad experience during anyone of our visits. Friendly, knowledgeable & courteous staff. I deff say put this dealership on your radar if you are in the market for a vehicle.
