When I visited Archibald's, I had made up my mind to buy that day if I could find a suitable car. I had financing arranged already. I drove two nearly identical cars at Archibald's and picked one with the lower mileage. I told them I had an appointment to look at another similar car across town, so to give me their best offer. I walked out with a written offer that detailed trade-in value, price, and all the other critical numbers. At the other dealership, the car was all but identical, and I asked them to make me an offer. Theirs was $3000 more than Archibald's. I told them, "I don't see you coming down $3000" and started to leave, but they eventually offered to beat Archibald's offer by $10. I still went back to Archibald's, as I didn't have a good feeling about the other seller. The car is great, and today I returned to pick up my plates. A manager with a drill in his hand said, "May I put these on the car for you?" Superior service. I would go there again.

The whole staff at Lithia was awesome!! Cole was our primary contact. Cole as well as the rest of the staff was courteous, professional and easy to work with. There wasn’t any high pressure sales.
