Professional and a good experience

This was a terrible experience dealing with Dick Hannah Kia.. I spent 7 hours round trip driving to this dealership to find out the car wasn’t available yet (in the shop dealing with an oil leak problem) they wouldn’t even let me look at it.. I would never buy a car from them in the future

Soda helped me with the whole process. Had car ready upon arrival. The whole process was expedited and I was out in under 3 hours. Quick and easy, very pleasant purchase. Amazing team

Deceptive advertised mileage 100k higher than advertised

Had a really great experience working with John. He was familiar with the individual car, gave me as much time as I wanted to look at it. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. When we negotiated the car, it was great; they were not pushy with add-ons, listened when we declined things we didn't want. Was the best of my recent car dealer experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to come look at a car they have if they have something you want.
