I spoke with him several times. The truck was at a repair shop and the dealer contacted me several times with updates on the repair. Finally it was determined that the truck needed several repairs and the dealer sent it to auction. This was a very good experience.

Dealer responded but we couldn't make a deal.

Drove 4 hrs from a different state to see a 2021 BMW X3 xDrive30e AWD because the app listed it as having a clean title. After arriving, I was disappointed to find the car in poor exterior condition and good interior btw as they don’t need to maintain it in the lot, and even more concerning, I learned it was actually a lemon title/buyback vehicle. That should have been disclosed clearly upfront. Despite this, I still tried to negotiate, but the dealership was not willing to come to a fair value for a car with that history and condition. I also noticed a discrepancy in the KBB value shown on my end vs what they presented for the same VIN, and the final OTD price felt inflated. The salesman, dealership and sr mgr were polite and professional, but buyers should be very careful to verify the title status, condition, and OTD pricing before making a long trip.
