I was indet the assumption that I was financing the vehicle through CarGuru and Westlake financial and tried to arrange delivery but I guess they denied the deal or offer I haven't heard back from them after the first phone conversation

They advertise a vehicle that already has been sent to auction and try to get you to buy something else.

They called me back timely, answered all questions and were pleasant.

I contacted Mr. Kerry about a 2015 Buick Enclave. I realize that they were closing at 6 but he made himself and Mrs. Melissa available for me to test drive the vehicle 30 mins til closing. I really appreciate them doing this. They never tried to convince me in buying the vehicle. Kerry even had other options for me to choose from if I didn't want the one I originally came to test drive. I did however come back the next day to buy the vehicle. The price was such a good deal and below market value. There was not a whole lot of paperwork and most importantly, I was not in the office all day. I also paid a additional fee for the warranty which was just for my mental comfort, but was glad that it was offered. I really appreciate Kerry and Melissa for making me feel comfortable in my purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from Wholesale Auto, Norman.
