The salesman named John treated me really good. He helped me out, explained everything clearly to me. It was good experience definitely will go by another car if I need one again.

Had appointment to look at car and test drive it and they sold it and never even informed me me.

Very brief, controlled test drive. Essentially around the block, 3 minutes tops. Right turns only. I found the seat uncomfortable. Cash sale would cost $1,000.00 more. They force you to finance. We thanked them for their time and left.

Mercedes Benz of Shrewsberry was very accommodating. The sales process was fluid. The two hour trip was well worth the time.

They said the car was avaiilable, gave me their number, I called and no one called me back! Terrible behavior. Extremely disappointed by their sales dept.
