First time out, car couldn't be found, Weather, like snow and ice partly the reason, 2nd time, my friend, whom I was assisting in looking for a vehicle, bought one...Beth, the sales Rep or consultant, was kind, polite and professional.

Didn't end up buying from them, but they communicated well, were easy to work with, straightforward and helpful.

Horrible dealership- because they are so large they have no clue what you’re actually looking for and send automated replies that tell you a car is there. Communication with their sales people is no better than- this dealership wasted SO much of my time telling me they had cars, even said “we have it pulled out front for you to see “ I drove 45 minutes there and they didn’t gave the car, and then couldn’t find the other 2 I wanted to see!! And despite having a whole text chain with the sales person about how the car was there and they looked forward to me coming out - they then blamed it on me for not checking before I came - which I did because I text the sales person 30 minutes before I hit the road saying I’m on my way. Seriously worst dealership and service ever!!

The dealership was prompt in getting back with answers to all my questions. Very excited to sale car with assurance that I would be happy with any car I chose.
