Terrible Experience: I regret to say that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Suntrup Nissan on South Lindbergh after my recent experience. After confirming the availability of a 2024 Nissan Frontier and receiving a sales proposal from my initial contact, I scheduled an appointment expecting a smooth, straightforward process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Upon my arrival and meeting with my contact, I was informed that the Frontier was not available on the lot for my "appointed" test drive or purchase—an unexpected and frustrating development. My subsequent visit, I had to locate the same truck on the lot, myself. To make matters worse, the sales proposal I initially received was not honored, with an increase in price and a "nonrefundable" $500 deposit. Unacceptable. Overall, the experience lacked transparency, leaving me both confused and disappointed. The handling of this situation did not demonstrate a commitment to fairness or genuine regard for all customers.
