Years ago, I stopped contacting Hostleton about advertised used vehicles. It seemed that every time I did, I was told the vehicle was no longer available. "Can I interest you in one of our other great vehicles?" always seemed to be the follow up question. I'm not sure that this isn't a sales technique they use, since it seemed to happen regularly, like every time I called! Recently, I thought I would give them another try. Same story again, years larter. I won't call them again.

The advertised price did not include the latest add on dealership scam of a vehicle protection plan/paint protection which is only a spray foam wash on a garden hose and I don't want that when being retired i keep my vehicles in a garage and have Ziebart undercoat chassis. Another way dealers scam buyers is to lowball trade in values and this happened to me as well as charging a state, county and city tax, ( New York is highest tax in the U.S.) when being an out of state buyer, I pay sales tax to my state when I title the vehicle in my state and a trade in value is deducted from the taxable amount off the new vehicle which apparently didn't happen here. Any 3rd grader would understand this post.
