NOT ‼️‼️‼️ Zero transparency on price and WHT's the dealership ad ons ! Don't waste your time! If any dealership is unable to give you a purchase price! Stay away "RUN" not worth the waste of time "ZERO" ⭐️

I had a very disappointing experience at Nissan of Duarte. I was interested in a Lexus ES 300h that had been sitting on their lot for over two months. Before visiting, I was clearly told they could help with both the price and the interest rate, and they also promised they would cover my Uber ride to and from the dealership, whether I bought the car or not. Once I arrived, everything changed. They refused to negotiate the price at all, despite the vehicle not selling for months, and their attitude quickly became rude and unprofessional. It was obvious they were only interested in moving forward if they could overcharge me. What made the situation worse was that they attempted to charge me for features the car does NOT have, specifically Mark Levinson speakers, which this vehicle was not equipped with. Buyers should be very careful and double-check the options, because this felt extremely misleading. When I decided not to buy the car, they refused to pay for my Uber ride back home

The whole process from the start with Sales Fernando to the Financial management who walked me through payment, warranty and gap insurance. Very Transparent. Fantastic experience. Mahalo's

There a issue with the car I purchased, l call them four time , and they said would call back they never return my call, unhappy customer .

Biggest waste of time.. sales manager ruins deal by adding insane markups, undercutting trade-in's, sneaking in deposits that was never agreed upon, due to another potential client calling in. Then has the audacity to play dumb. Dealership doesn't mention or add the 6k markup on site and baits customers with the 'lowest price' bs.

The sellers were adding extra costs for things that didn't make sense, like paint (things included from the factory). No agreement was reached, and the seller was a bit arrogant.

This was waste of time. We went there to check one of the car which we selected from cargurus/Dealer's website. But when we reached there they increased the price of the car by $3000 on the portal. So don't get fooled by the price they mentioned on their website, they will increase the price once you reach there.
