Did not talk to dealer personally, but was very courteous in answering by email offering to show me the best deals, good condition, good prices.

I’ve been putting off making this review because I was extremely upset, but now, it is time for me to speak out so other buyers are made aware of how Nissan of Picayune, Mississippi treats some customers! This dealership uses extremely deceptive sales tactics— among many other issues, they didn’t disclose a damaged door, which was easy to miss when the car salesman happened to be standing in front of it; they also gave me a runaround, hoping I’d give up; when I called on multiple occasions and drove almost 2 hours to the dealership to speak to management to try to get the issues resolved. I was told that the owners, Miss and Miss Bacon were out of town and that they would get back to me when they got back after the Thanksgiving holiday. I never heard from anyone since I was there. I even had to cancel my trip to volunteer in Tennessee and North Carolina because I was concerned about the issue with the tires.
