Set up an appointment to view this car with the dealership. Drove over 2 hours to see it. When I arrived to the dealership they had increased the price by $2000 and wouldn’t honor the price of the vehicle when I had set the appointment the night before. They did not call to tell me the price had increased before I drove over 2 hours one way. Not a good experience.

Didn’t even want to give us an out the door price… said we were too far apart. It was rude tbh. So we went to a dealer 10 min down the road and bought a nicer car from them!

Pour costumer service salesman was rude like I was supposed to convince him to sell me the car I went to a different dealer got a higher trim than the Z the had in yellow for almost the same price as they have the yellow a for sell which is not 39k as advertised it 45k

I saw from a website this vehicle was available. I was highly interested in the vehicle so I went ahead and made a progressive step by submitting an application. I called them a day before I showed up in person. I was told by a finance person that I had gotten an approval. I mentioned that vehicle and they told me I would be able to put zero down explaining my entire situation upon arriving to the dealership, the vehicle was there as the man stated the day before. I test drove the car and I loved the car and was very interested. I said at the sales person’s desk and waited, feeling excited about actually finding something I liked that was newer with a cheaper price and low miles just to be swindled into another deal with an older car more miles and more expensive I was told there was a woman driving from six hours away, who already finalized on the car which wasn’t fair because I was told the vehicle was available and they even allowed me to drive it around.

I will give zero stars if I could ! Do not come here! They pulled a bait-and-switch on us! Even after showing them a thread of text messages over two days, they still denied it and tried to say it was a “misunderstanding”, when the text messages clearly proved otherwise. I was very clear about the vehicle we came to see as well as the price that was agreed-upon with proof from the text messages on my phone that I made sure to show the salesman before we even went outside to look at the vehicle. And even with all that they still had the nerve to have us test drive the vehicle, knowing they were not going to honor the price and then they tried to show us a different vehicle! Like what???? Do NOT come here! I should’ve read the reviews before I went because this seems to be an ongoing theme with this dealership.

My salesman was super transparent. Just tried to upsell me on a car jack system for like $1700. I told no it was no problem. I took it right off overall great service sales and finance would recommend going to see them for a Nissan.
