Great service and people!

Complete fools. Made an appointment last night to view this car and one other. The car was listed at 15,895 exactly. I’ve been checking on this car daily for about 4 days. I called in to set up a drive and in less than 24 hours the price is increased by over 1k. I asked the child sales rep they gave me and he said if had a huge dent and didn’t pass their inspection. So I asked why the price shot up if it’s damaged and didn’t pass inspection. He couldn’t answer. The other car I was looking at test driving also did not pass their own inspection. I walked out, they’re trying to pull fast ones. Avoid at all cost.

Traded emails with the online person for this dealership, and was told the car was available to come take a look at. Drove to the town the following day to see the car, and was told that the car was sold the night before (which would have been shortly after my last email to the online person). Then spoke with the online person again, on Monday and was told the car was still available to come take a look at. Explained that I visited a few days before and was told it was sold, and the online person was going to “look into it and let me know”… never heard back from them. This appears to be a bait car that is used to bring people in to upsell… be careful of this dealership.

I had a positive experience at the dealer and was able to find the vehicle I wanted.
