I didn't think that I was going to buy a car when Iwent to look at this one, but all the boxes checked, and my salesperson, Shane was great! the Team there was easy to communicate with - the whole experience was really good! Their slogan is: Your gonna love it here, and they make that happen.

Upon getting my car it turned out if had not one but TWO issues: (1) all the air pressure sensors needed to be replaced and (2) the car has the WELL KNOWN 'shift to park' issue. I had to drive back to the dealership twice to get the air pressure sensors replaced (I live an hour away) and the dealership could not fix the 'shift to park' issue nor did they reimburse me for out of pocket expense I had to pay to fix the issue ($750). Needless to say I will never do business again with this dealership again.

The staff at Balisse Nissan was incredibly helpful. Wendy was attentive and kind and worked so hard to be sure I was happy. This dealership was a two hour drive for me, but Wendy and the staff made it worth it.

John was great! Everything involving this purchase was easy, fast, and geared towards making it a smooth and pleasant experience for the customer. Would definitely recommend and would buy here again. Five stars across the board for this dealer and John in particular.

Disappointed…I set up an appointment to test drive the above listed vehicle. I live an hour away and work during the week, so I offered to place a deposit to hold the vehicle until my test drive appointment. I was planning on purchasing I just wanted to see the vehicle prior to a complete purchase to make sure the listing was accurate. Bottom line they sold the car. I saw it online that it was sold…they still have called to cancel my test drive on Monday.
