Bait and switch. “Just got the car in can you come tommorow?” I arrived the next day and was told we just sold it.

They advertise one price then they tack on all kinds of unnecessary fees. By the time you get the out the door price it's $5,000 more than the MSRP.

I don’t know why this dealership is listed as shippable. When contacted they really didn’t understand the process. They also wanted to add 3k of additional options to the vehicle which they said were standard per their dealership and couldn’t be removed. That made the price very inaccurate. We did the financing online and they didn’t want to accept that as they preferred we went thru their financing.

The staff at Trophy Nissan was awesome! I purchased out of state and they made the process easy. Had everything ready to go when me and my husband arrived and we were back on the road within an hour.

Truck only available to those who live in Texas. Was not able to bring my own financing and trade in my other vehicle. This dealership offers financing as long as the vehicle is registered to them.

They went above and beyond to help

Helpful salesman, Shehab, and used car director, Patrick, were instrumental in making a thoughtful deal. Give and take on both ends made this an interesting exchange but all were professional. A little too much time spent at dealer and some pushing warranties in finance but all turned out well in the end. Enjoying my CPO Rogue so far and looking forward to some complimentary maintenance the next 2 years.

All good just did not buy do to a few issues

Dealership reached out very quickly and helped in the process of purchasing the vehicle I wanted. It was 8 hours away from where I live but they made it an easy decision through constant communication. The car was ready to be test drove, bought, and driven off the lot. Very satisfied
