Nice people. Good place to buy a car. If you’re going go to a dealership to buy a new or used car, you have to be willing to accept the processes that come with shopping at a dealerships. Concord Nissan has plenty of options and plenty of nice people that are immediately ready to help you get what you’re looking for.

Clear information provided and honest answers to questions

Had a good experience in the beginning, had the car checked out by a mechanic and found out about an expensive 40,000 mile service that hadn’t been done on this 47,000 mile car. Went in to point out this flaw and make an offer, ended up dealing with a manager who talked over us, was unreasonable and didn’t want to hear none of it. At one point we were told “that’s Audi, the maintenance comes with the car”.

Employees were very helpful. Vehicle was not as good condition as advertised

I emailed that I was interested in a car. They got back to me the next day. Email, text, call. multiple times from multiple people. They wont leave you alone. In fact that is why one week later I'm leaving 1 star review. They wont stop bothering me after I spoke to one of them.
