Nissan dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

Dealers/salesmen ALWAYS blow you up for the sale...but when you need follow-up from them...it's crickets. Bought the car, they didn't service it like they said they would (all day Thursday and Friday for Saturday 9am deal and pick up) in the days leading up to the deal. They didn't add a part they automatically include in their pricing, we called to inquire/confirm and let's just say they are no longer blowing me up...yep, you guessed it...crickets. They actually have another vehicle of interest but not sure I want to deal with them again.

The dealer responded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the dealer listed a price they did not expect anyone to pay to get my attention. They showed a price with every possible discount taken, and only expect you to get one or two. I am grateful for the honesty of the salesman that told me that I would not qualify for those discounts and would end up paying full price so that I did not waste an hour and a half trip to test a car that had no discount for me.

Just left dealership! Only positive, called ahead and Natasha brought car to front of lot expecting us. As soon as I walked up to vehicle I noticed hail damage on hood and roof areas as well as multiple scratches/chips in paint that should have been visible from pics listed, esp the scratches on passenger side front bumper. Vehicle was dusty inside and out. Should have been detailed/wiped down at least, considering our expected 1 1/2 travel time. Would not expect to see a vehicle with such damage listed!

Very bad! agreed on price. The key did not work they told me they would fix it Monday I said I would pay for a new key extra.. Called me back Saturday tell me it was sold from underneath me horrible

They have been very good about sending me info about vehicles I've been interested in and staying in touch.
