My experience was good especially for it being my first time buying a car. Outside of the optional certification fee everything was transparent and smooth. Cars works fine. Spent a long time but I’m guessing that’s normal

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Dealer took forever to respond to inquiries. First they bragged about how great the truck was and said I could see it, then at the last minute said it went to auction. Very sketchy. Stay away.
