They were rude and tried to go back on the price that the car was originally priced for then tried to say they will give it to me for that price back jacked up all the taxes and fees to get the amount back smh never again

You click one button on a website that is in no way related to wanting the dealership to contact you and you get about 5 texts and 10 calls an hour later

Not a good experience waited for forever to even be spoken to about the car when they did they said there was a problem with it and the manager had come up and told me how it was such a good car and I was getting a good deal and they said that there was a problem first with a recall, and then there was some kind of contamination in the engine felt like a bathing switch because then they tried to sell me a piece of crap

I had a really frustrating experience with Jenkins Auto. I was working with Fabian to purchase a car, and the lack of communication completely turned me off. It would take days to hear back, and I was left waiting with no updates or sense of urgency. At the end of the day, I found the exact same car elsewhere for a better price and closer to home—and actually got timely communication. I went with them instead. If you’re serious about buying a car, you shouldn’t have to chase someone down just to get basic information. Really disappointing experience
