I was in communication with Dionte who claimed to be the sales manager at the dealership and we agreed on a price for the vehicle. I live over 3 hours away. I cleared my work schedule to drive down, test drove the vehicle and went in to go over the numbers. Suddenly they had a problem and wouldn't honor the agreed on price, went up over $2,000. They will say anything just to get you in the dealership. Wasted over 6 hours round trip in the car for nothing. Shady tactics.

Their AI is a problem as it gives a phone number that is not complete and the responding emails are just blank. I did not have much better luck with the salespersons. The first salesman told me he would have the car washed and ready when I arrived and it was not. The other salesman took day(s) to respond. Finally, I never received a response on another vehicle when I moved on from the original car, due to it potentially having issues. As well, their mandatory paint guarantee and GPS add-ons are upcharges from the posted prices are not waived easily. If you can get the dealership to waive them, they act like they are giving you a pricing concession that should not have been there in the first place.

Best customer service ever. I came in as a new customer left out as a new cousin. Hands down the best dealership in Matteson. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and Dennis. Literally made this happen with their faith and perseverance. We family for life!
