No returned calls, no follow-ups, and when I tried contacting the dealership directly, my calls were avoided. After all that time and commitment, I was eventually told the car was no longer available. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. You don’t string a customer along for weeks, confirm a deal, and then disappear without any communication. If this is how they handle serious buyers who are ready to move forward, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here.
