Car was sold and no longer available.

This dealer isn’t transparent with their dealer fees. I drove the car and it has a shake and hum on it coming from the transmission. I pointed it out to the dealer and even then they still wouldn’t negotiate the price, they insisted in adding $5500 in dealer fees on top of the price online. With my perfect credit score and multiple options to buy i walked away from this Jeep Grand cherokee L 2021. The dealer wasn’t willing to negotiate a better rate despite them noticing the shake in the car as well.

I was contacted by the dealership not long after viewing the vehicle online. I was only browsing but they were very helpful and willing to do whatever I needed. Overall was a great experience with them.
