The best vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had. Great communication. This was an out of state purchase. We are having the vehicle delivered. I’m confident it will be in fantastic condition.

Booked a test drive, drove over an hour to get to the dealership. The salesperson had emailed and text that day to confirm the appointment and not once mentioned the vehicle was no longer available. Spent twenty minutes at the desk entering details and such regarding my possible trade-in and when he walked to the car lot around back tried selling me a car I had no interest in. I asked about the Maverick and that is when I was told it was no longer there. Waste of time!

Listed the car at $4775, and I was willing to buy it at their list price, but the dealership wanted to add a 90 day warranty for $1990. I didn’t want the warranty and they said I had to buy it. They eventually negotiated to 50% off of the warranty. Just make pricing transparent. If you want $2000 more for the car then put that in the price. Stop trying to get people to buy a 90 day warranty. Not price transparency. Sales manager said warranty policy is on don herring website. I found car via Car Gurus and there was no mention of the warranty pricing and requirement. No one is going to the dealer website when finding a car on these type of websites (Car Gurus, Cars.com,etc). This is why people really despise car buying. Disappointing.
