Communication with multiple "people" was great until you realize it's AI and they don't know the inventory. I submitted a credit application for a car that was listed on the Internet and after three days of communication back-and-forth, it had been determined the car had been sold to someone else. The vehicle was pretty unique and I have not been able to find another one. I don't like running credit reports unnecessarily. When I finally called and spoke to someone, they told me they were in a meeting. Could they call me back? I said please don't.

Nicholas was very transparent with his price and never snuck in hidden fees and or hidden warranties. all of his vehicles are at a high drivable standard. Nick will answer all your calls and texts and a reasonable time. Maxim Dealership is the standard upon which all dealership should follow.!

Waiting on the second key for vehicle I feel that a limited service could have also been extended with the purchase of the vehicle.
