Sadly, I missed out on the vehicle I inquired on, but this dealer offered me a fair amount for my trade, and has been in contact with me in the meantime regarding another vehicle that may be a match. So far, I am happy with my experience.

The salesman stayed in contact with us for a few days before our appointment date and time, we drove 2 hours and we get within 20 minutes to the car dealership they messaged me to say that the car sold.

Good response and immediate. But pictures of the vehicle did not reflect the actual dings and body damage. Not a biggie. But should be more transparency. In my opinion. All in all no complaints. They were friendly and helpful.

I have been under the weather the past 2 weeks. I will probably complete a deal with them.

Took 1 month for title to come in, sold car without detail. Said they would send a mobile detailer and never did. Love the car but will never go back there again. Not to mention, if you need their financing, quickly refinance. GAP is an additional fee, not the case where I refinanced.

Beautiful car and excellent team to work with. Unfortunately I live in TN and the are in MI. The distance made it difficult for logistics.. But would have 100% made a deal if closer.. Highly recommended! Carter G
