Great experience all around.

Terrible communication, unhelpful, rude, raised price when I said I was interested

this was the best experience i have ever had at any dealer professionalism at its best .

Had to keep trying to contact them over and over to get pictures and verify car was there. After multiple calls and leaving messages they said car was there. I never got the pictures I asked. Because of the description of the car I still asked for them to send me an invoice for it. That is when the fantom extra fees started to the tune of about $4000 to $4500. When the lady was done telling me those I replied those are not on you sit and there is no way Im paying that extra. Thanks but no thanks as she was say well those are the fees I took my leave and never looked back. Would not recommend them at all after our interaction and the deception they do. Was the car even there who knows never saw anything beaide the stock photo.

I was not able to get financing because of a issue on my credit report but staff was very nice and quickly responsive when I emailed them , I did recieve a call back immediately after my emails.
