The dealer never contacted me back so I just left the whole thing alone.thry were supposed to contact me within 24 hrs o receiving my application. So it makes me wonder why I'd half to take a hard hit on my fico score. A lot of personal information was passed along for no apparent reason.

Easy and non painful experience, the team there is great!!

What absolute jerks!!! I scheduled a test drive with them and then they sent me an email with the wrong address. So then we went to their other location only to be told that we had to go back to the previous location. The vehicle was not only not there, it had mechanical issues they couldn't fix. Instead of contacting me a out this knowing full well that I had an hours drive to get there they let me show up for the drive. The guy that scheduled the appointment was not there and no one knew where he was. Turns out the guy was the manager. He had to be called and refused to speak with us and .ade the other sales guy handle us. Oh and by the way.....the sold the car off to auction. Thanks for keeping your customer in the loop!!! I will never do business with this company and neither should you!
