Staff was very responsive to my requests for additional information, especially Ace, who was great to work with throughout the process. Price transparency was top notch—no dealer games or surprises. The price I was quoted was the price I got. The vehicle was in great shape, and they were able to wrap up the sale pretty quickly. Financing was straightforward and never felt overly pushy. I also appreciated how well I was treated despite not being an existing Mercedes customer and buying a used non-Mercedes vehicle. I still felt like I received the same level of attention and service as any other customer. Very happy with the overall dealership experience.

I Did Not like how they didn't Honor There Warranty with Autonation. They Refused to Fix Problems on the Vehicle that they Found at leals auto transmisson i gave them a list of 5 items to be fix so I can take the car and they Refused so I had to return the car because of them not honoring there policy at auto Nation.

The sales staff were very friendly and enthusiastic.

The jeep was available, however there were multiple problems with the vehicle that were not listed and we decided not to purchase.

Inquired almost a week ago, no response from this dealership! Strange I’ve bought three vehicles from this dealership in the past. So word to the wise!

SF Benz called me a few times to see the car I was interested in. When I got there, the car was in the body shop and not available. Waste of time.
