Mercedes-Benz dealerships near me (Carlsbad, CA)

This dealership has a markup price of $5,000 and $3,000 of the add on charge for accessories. The salesman said he might be able to do a little something regarding the markup price. But not the add on charge. The salesman ( his first name starts with a letter M) and I walked out of his office, he looked at me and said I offered him some crazy number ( with an attitude in his voice). He needs to keep his opinion to himself and he needs to be professional. We left this dealership and went to another mercedes dealership 30 minutes away and bought the same car (with no markup price and no add on charge).

Great dealership! My sales person was Bryce Moreno, he did an awesome job, helpful but not pushy. The financing department was great as well, everything was quick and convenient. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, but my experience was great.

Had a good experience and that wasn’t something I expected to happen . The salesperson was transparent and honest I believe . We negotiated a bit and I felt I good a fair deal . The process was amazing , it took only about 3 hours from start to finish . I believe Mercedes Benz has a good product and there was no pressure to sale the van , unlike my experience at a competitor , Ford . 5 stars for me .
