Since the second week of August, I have sent Sheik Ali several emails about what we are looking for and this one particular vehicle (VIN WP1AA2A57JLB15491). After making a couple of offers in mid-August, a week ago, we presented our final offer at $27,500 cash and informed Sheik Ali we would call him on the following business day (8/26). I called, left a message of our availability. Sheik Ali called me back, but he was unprepared to talk with us. When we spoke, he did not know which car we were calling about and put us on hold to speak to the manager only to get back on the line to say the car was sold last week. Sheik Ali should have known that when we made our final offer. Sheik Ali should always stay in touch with potential buyers when a vehicle is in a pending sale and be prepared to talk to a potential buyer about the vehicle in question before calling back the potential buyer. His salesmanship is appalling and reflects his lack of awareness or little regard for people.

Dealer went out of there way to make this as seamless of a cross state transaction as possible. Car is being delivered today and can’t wait to see it. Thank you David Lin and team.
