The warranty was to go with new buyer did not happen. Car was not vacuumed for pickup after test drive. Was told by Issac the car he'd fill with gas didn't happen . If a person say's something they better Honor it they did not. Will not be doing business again with folks that do not honor there word.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I submitted my injury with my pre-approval from CarGurus. They were able to beat the rate by a significant amount and get me a lower payment. I was able to come up a little less than a week later and buy everything. My salesman, Ralph, kept in contact with me through out the entire week and post the sale. He had the vehicle detailed and cleaned and serviced for me prior to pick up. The process was seamless- we arrived at the dealership, test drove the Traverse and then signed the carfax and a few other forms. We were taken to the finance office, not even 20 minutes later I signed my loan documents and I was handed my temp tag and Ralph graciously put that on for me in the pouring rain. He was incredibly helpful and professional. All interactions at this dealership were incredible. Ralph has reached out to ensure I am happy with my purchase. I could not be more pleased!
