I had a great experience at this dealership. Cee was very helpful and answered all of my questions, even on his days off. I will definitely will be back again.

The sales staff dealt with were absolutely perfect. The manager, Ron, on the other hand, presented himself horribly and extremely arrogant. Im sure if we were looking at a new vehicle it would have been different. But being it was used, it was no concern to him. Certainly would not spend a cent in this dealership due to him alone.

I inquired about the 2023 mercedes and they reached out to me right away and twxt/emailed as well with all the information I asked for. I ended up getting a great deal from mercedes on a certified pre owned for the same price, but would definitely do business with them if I hadn't gone to mercedes.

Intrest rate on loan for a used 24 was ridiculously high and trade in value was low on trade. We purchased a 25 for less money and got a better trade in on our car. I understand wanting to make a profit but they are over the top. Would not sugest going to that dealership.

The manager called me and spoke to me this car was for my daughter and he made this transaction easy and transparent.The jeep met our expectations and no hidden fees Ty for your kindness to my daughter.

The general manager and two sales associates contacted me in response to my interest. Everybody was enthusiastic and wanting so much to be helpful. I made an appointment to check out the Miata on offer. I drove 38 miles to the dealership which had advertised a red soft top convertible. When I arrived it turned out to be a gray hardtop convertible. A classic bait-and-switch? Perhaps. The sales associate’s reaction was a shrug and a mumbled apology. I left the general manager a VM but never heard from him again. The next day the dealer’s website had been changed to show a gray hardtop for sale. I’ve deleted Heritage Mazda of Catonsville from my used Miata search file.

I contacted this dealer multiple times and got no response. When I called, I was transferred to a salesperson who didn't seem very interested in speaking to me.
