Everyone was very nice, very polite. I just didn’t like how I got approved and then got there and they told me I wasn’t approved for the amount that I was approved for when I did the application on CarGurus site… when I got there they asked for more money down so I didn’t get the vehicle

Smooth car buying experience!

Car was damaged and didn’t run smoothly when I test drove it. Sales person said front bumper must have gotten damaged during snow removal at the dealership and he said he never heard the humming sound before. Tried to say it may have been caused by ice in the tires. They did offer to replace the front bumper but would not reduce the listing price for the car by a few hundred dollars. They said they would have the mechanic check the tires and get back to me. We were paying cash as the car has been at the lot for 1 month and other potential buyers couldn’t obtain financing without high interest rates as the car is 14 years old.

The car was new jersey inspected. When I got there we made a deal if it got pa inspection stickers on it. I go to pick up car next day to find out it failed inspection and they offered me car for 2500 off. I drove all the way down there they didnt communicate with me to tell me it failed or nothing. Becareful dealinf with these people they are full blown scammers. Under the car was fully rotted and not safe to drive all they care about is money

This dealer did not fully check out the car before they put it on the site. There were thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done. If I had not independently, had it checked out, I would have been out a whole lot of money. Please be aware and always take the car you about to buy to an independent mechanic before purchasing, even if the car looks and drives well.
