Do Not purchase from this dealer. I reached out to the Kargar Motors regarding the toyota Sienna XLE that they said was available for sale. I requested more than the one picture they had on the website. Looked like there might be damage. Spoke to two different people. They refused to send the pictures or carfax. From what I can see from other reviews, they are not honest about what they have in stock and are trying to cover up things. They are demanding about coming in to see vehicles. When you live hours away, you would hope they would give what you request in order to make the sale.

This was easily one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. I attempted to purchase a 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD online and followed every single instruction given to me. I was responsive, patient, and fully cooperative throughout the process. Unfortunately, the staff clearly did not operate with the same level of professionalism. Communication was practically nonexistent. If I wanted any update, I had to chase them down myself repeatedly. Even worse, important information was provided at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress and confusion for what should have been a straightforward purchase. For a dealership that sells high-value vehicles, the lack of organization and basic customer communication is honestly unacceptable. This process felt disorganized, careless, and extremely frustrating from start to finish. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, do yourself a favor and exhaust every other option first. Proceed with caution.
