Worked with Chad to coordinate an out of state purchase. He was fantastic - very grounded, down to business and made sure to communicate with me in a proactive manner as if he was buying the vehicle out of state. Transparent, easy to work with and absolutely not a high pressure experience. I had a great experience this this dealership. John was extremely helpful, answering all my online questions. At the dealership, he was courteous and helpful. The car was all set to go, with a full tank of gas. Finace was polite and not pushy. They explained the extended warranty and it bennefits. I'd drive from western Kentucky to their dealership again to buy a car.
