They were cordial, but didn’t communicate in a timely manner.

Terrible experience from start to finish. They first gave me an inflated quote, and when I asked about the high mileage on the vehicle, they made up a story to cover it - then ended up offering a $2K discount over the phone, but instead of simply discounting the $2k from the selling price, they manipulated the numbers and added more than $2K in ‘Gorman add-ons’ to the quote. When I kindly questioned these charges, they stopped responding altogether, even after I followed up. It’s clear Ruben and team only target people who aren’t making informed decisions.

I reached out regarding this car, the sales staff were very helpful and communicative. I ultimately ended up purchasing something else but my experience was a good one. They were patient answering my questions.
