Wasted my time going back with Ethan Madrid all day. Trying to make a deal after they added $4,000 in fees which didn’t exist finally decided to follow threw had financing threw my own bank they still insisted on running my credit. I had financing threw my own bank when the time came to purchase they tell me the car is sold but it’s still listed never seen a dealership who didn’t want to sale some one a car such losers wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone fees are outrageous.They rather hold on to cars to find someone who’s dumb enough to fall for there fees $2,000 for a alarm that was supposedly added. Such a joke

If he didnt know the answer to one of my questions, he was quick to say so and quick to be resourceful and find an answer for me. I just received the truck a few days ago and I love it. I bought it sight unseen because I live in Hawaii, and the two people I dealt with @ Redlands Toyota were amazing. The truck is exactly how they exclaimed it to be. They even sent me an exact video walk around of the truck's exterior and engine bay, as I requested, which is what determined my direction to purchase it.
