They were responsive and even offered to do a FaceTime with the vehicle we were interested in since we live a ways away. We ended up buying from them because of their great prices AND customer service!

I called several times in the morning and left a message to return my call. Finally late that afternoon I called again and they stated the car had been sold one hour before I purchased another car from another location.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. Usually I experience pushy salespeople at dealerships, but at Watsonville Ford, it definitely wasn’t the case. Overall good communication and they treated me well. They have good reviews for a reason. Worth the trip.

Dealership got a a hold of me the moment I requested information on the vehicle through cargurus. The salesman Tony set up an appointment the following weekend and kept me updated throughout the week letting me know the truck I was interested was still available. Long story short Tony sold me the truck I was interested in and was very transparent and "dumbed down" everything for me so I had very little little doubts. The whole sales staff was friendly too. Highly recommend this dealership!
