The sales manager responded to my request very quickly and put me in contact with Olivia the sales rep...I purchased the adverised Ford Maverick. Olivia nade the sales process very easy...I had a wonderful experience!

Good communication

Had an appointment to see/buy a car and they sold it before I got there. The dealer even called the night before and day of the appointment to make sure I was going to be there. Drove 2 hours to find out they had sold it. Dealer didn't apologize, just proceeded to try to sell me another vehicle that I was not interested in. Just bad business!!!

Very good

After sending inquiries, I got an automated email and what appeared to be an automated text. I replied to the text and got what sounded like a real person. The sells rep didn't like what I had to say (I guess), so passed me back to automated texts. I never heard from anyone again... This feels like a typical big dealership with big dealer fees and sales people only interested in big dealer commissions. If you like that, I don't doubt it would be a good experience. I bought a better deal elsewhere with less barrier of entry to communicate with a human being.

A lot did contact me unfortunately they gave me a salesman that was not experiencing. They asked for a preferably salesman because I’m not a teacher nor am I gonna be utilized that way I just wanna purchase a vehicle and they gave me a tag but that gentleman hasn’t even contacted me yet.
