Drove all the way from Pennsylvania to see a CPO car I'd been in contact about—no one told me it had already sold before I made the trip. The manager was rude and pressured me to commit fast, even mentioning he wanted to go watch a football match mid-negotiation. We agreed on an out-the-door price, then the finance office sprang a surprise $600 "DMV processing" fee that was never mentioned and called it non-negotiable, so I walked away from the deal due to their shady bait and switch tactics. Get your full itemized OTD price in writing before you drive in, and watch for last-minute fees.

I couldn’t believe how unfriendly and cold this experience was. I was made to feel I had to beg for a deal. The I guess manager never welcomed me or even said hello! I can’t believe they are in business! The salesperson was supposed to get back to me, never did and the car was sold. I wasn’t even given a chance. But, happy to say I found a better car with all the things I wanted at another dealer and the four hours I spent there was enjoyable. I will never step foot in that dealership again! They sell cars from underneath you!
