My son found a used car on Cargurus.com that happened to be available at Park Place Lexus, so we scheduled a test drive. When we arrived, the car was ready to go. It was beautifully detailed and in like-new condition. They provided thorough documentation on the vehicle’s history, which proved to be accurate. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with, and we ended up getting a great deal on a well-maintained, one-owner car. Initial communication with dealership was fine. They sent me a video walk around and we agreed on a price. I took an Uber from Oklahoma City and when I arrived, the condition of the vehicle was nowhere what was described… multiple scratches all over the vehicle, dings missing paint and a plastic piece on the grill was broken. The dealer offered me an additional $500 off when it would have cost more than $2000 in paint corrections. I left without purchasing. The salesman said that the day he took the video and did the walk around, it was cloudy and couldn’t see the blemishes.
