Candice Garcia was supposed to take care of me, but she didnt. I set an appointment to get see a car and then she let the vehicle get taken to another dealership didnt even gave a heads up, nothing she was just going to let me go up there for no reason worst sales person ive encountered

I was called and given this long speech about how they are the best when it comes to financing and how they will help you just to wait all day for a pre qualification and then get a response saying you don’t qualify for a car you never even mentioned you wanted to buy . And worse they don’t think it’s important to call you or reply back .

Agreed to asking price and then was told there was a "reconditioning fee" of $799. Frustrating. Will never contact this dealership again.
