Emily the person I initially spoke to started off polite. As conversations went on, she became pushy and responses were rude and inconsiderate. I previously purchased a car from this dealer back in 2020 with 7k customer service has gone down hill. As a returning customer you would think the conversations would be more respectful but that was not the case. During negotiations, as I spoke to Emily and sales Randy, they seen I placed a down payment back in 2020 and pushed for me to make another down payment when during initial conversation with Emily a down payment was maybe an option but nothing confirmed. Then when decision was made not to put a down payment Emily became rude and unprofessional with her responses. When I did speak with Randy over the phone it seemed as of things were going well, but when explaining the car I was looking at had a history of electrical issues per my experience and no warranty was offered or mentioned negotiations stalled and unfortunately ended.

On and off contact. After the jeep being on their lot for 120+ days and my offering a cash out the door offer. They sold it at auction for less than I’d have paid. Not too bright.

The sales people were excellent. I wish I could mention their names but I am not allowed to as per the review rules of this website. Watch out for the finance department. They relentlessly try to sell you an extended warranty (for a Kia that comes with such excellent, manufacturer-provided industry-leading warranties). Curiously this Kia dealership was strongly pushing an extended warranty from Zurich rather than Kia's own extended warranty. My guess is that Zurich gives the dealership a better commission. This dealership seems to be behind other dealers I have been to in terms of using computerization to make things efficient. Things are first done on paper and then typed into a computer later manually (unlike other places where things move faster because things are all done on a tablet/computer and not on paper). Communicating with the dealership was not easy. More than once I was told that someone in management will call me back but no one did.

Staff was very informative, the only thing was the wait time and the change of down payment that was changed multiple times. We had the money and was ready but what caught us off guard the pressure of not going forward with it. We really had days to decide if it was right for us. We went with something else. But they were such great staff and very friendly, understanding, and productive. I wouldn't mind in the future of going again to see if anything changes in the better on wait times.

Car guru made it eat to get in contact with the dealership. Friendly ford is amazing as well, had the car ready for me to test drive right when I pulled up. I fell in love instantly so I had to get it. Made the whole process easy and exciting. If you have the chance to request people, Daryl and Alex were a great team to help. Bobby and Daniel were also a huge help.

I contacted the dealer about a Doge Durango that was priced at 13.299 and made an appointment to come see the vehicle. However 2 days before my appointment they raised the price to 16k and when i asked why they said it was market adjustment. Dont trust this dealer they are deceptive.

Your staff responded well to me. It was just the wrong color interior for me.

They don’t have any 2026 rav4 in stock But keep advertising them like they do. Just bad marketing
