Not good Felt very uncomfortable Felt bait and switch with sales person You’re supposed to meet someone there and then they told me they had the day off and then they said they’re gonna come in and then they didn’t come in so then I got it a different sales person and I did not feel comfortable and plus I didn’t like the car And some muscle bound store Manager decided to try to figure out what was wrong and it was just so fake I will never go to Centennial again

Contacted dealership, same day got the car. When we arrived car was all ready. With the best staff helping me throughout the whole process. Best customer service. 10/10

We walked in expecting to test drive a used 2013 Prius but were sad to learn that it had been sold the night before. However, Davit did not disappoint: he immediately gave us a few other options, including another Prius that hadn’t hit the lot yet, and in total had us test drive three different cars. We ended up leaving with a 2014 Toyota Camry that we had driven and absolutely loved! Davit was warm, friendly, and transparent about the whole process. What we appreciated most was his honest response to what we price range we were sticking with and what we could afford with the numbers we gave him. He stayed with us through the whole process and came back multiple times to make sure we were okay with the results Finance produced for us. When we were handed off to sign, Fernando took over and was thorough. He too was transparent about the financial part, helping us out when the bank came out with an unacceptable/unaffordable number. All in all, we had a great experience buying here.

Emily the person I initially spoke to started off polite. As conversations went on, she became pushy and responses were rude and inconsiderate. I previously purchased a car from this dealer back in 2020 with 7k customer service has gone down hill. As a returning customer you would think the conversations would be more respectful but that was not the case. During negotiations, as I spoke to Emily and sales Randy, they seen I placed a down payment back in 2020 and pushed for me to make another down payment when during initial conversation with Emily a down payment was maybe an option but nothing confirmed. Then when decision was made not to put a down payment Emily became rude and unprofessional with her responses. When I did speak with Randy over the phone it seemed as of things were going well, but when explaining the car I was looking at had a history of electrical issues per my experience and no warranty was offered or mentioned negotiations stalled and unfortunately ended.
