Dealerships near me (Labelle, FL)

Inquired about the explorer, was contacted quickly, all questions were answered and upfront. Although I did not purchase i would not have a problem using this dealer.

I am a 3 hour drive from the dealership, so I started the negotiations on-line. After a week of back and forth with the same questions repeatedly, they finally decided they would remove 'some' of the dealer add-ons not disclosed in on-line price. When it came time to complete the buyers agreement for the negotiated price, suddenly, the certified preowned car had an engine light error and could not be sold. They were eager to divert my attention to 2 other vehicles on the their lot which I was not interested in. Ironically, the vehicle I wanted is still on-line for sale. Sure seems like a bait and switch to me.

This place is great if you want to learn what to avoid. As you pull in do not ignore all the red flags you see. There will be tons. Drove 3 hours for a $3800 car. Tried having me out the door at $11000. They want to scam and force financing so they can skim off the back end. Tried to tell me about some "platinum cleaning and protection" package all cars get for $2500. The package is a guy named Pedro in the back using basic dollar store cleaning supplies. More scam. Cars all look like trash inside and out. I laughed so hard. Ended up in a much nicer newer prius for 2k less. Everything happens for a reason.

It was one of our best car buying experiences. Linda (owner) was very friendly from the beginning to end. She was transparent about her pricing structure and her knowledge about the vehicle. The staff was helpful and was able to answer our questions. The communication was perfect and not pushy. Would highly recommend!!
