The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!

After inquiring, they said the car is longer available, which is slow and outdated information. I went on inquiry another car but they couldn’t give a better price, even match the one I got from another store, yet they still said they had the best price in the market.

Totally turned around from previous ownership. Richee was a great sales associate, no pressure and honest feedback. Nate helped get us into the car we wanted for the price we could afford. Thank you, Trust Kia!
