I’ll never deal with those lying people again! They told me the truck was excellent, no problems, no one had purchased it because it didn’t have a sunroof, I drove 104 miles to the dealership to maybe purchase even though the mileage was a little higher than I wanted. When I got in the truck the leather was delaminating from the dashboard very badly, the service manager said he would have the service department check it out and call me later that afternoon. I checked the internet and found out all the 2019 & 2020 Ram Limited trucks had that problem and Chrysler wasn’t doing anything about it. Oh and the manager never called me back that day. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!

The two people Alex and Nora were great! The follow up guy was too pushy for me. He tried to up sale me $1900 for after market wax and $3600 on 30 month 36000 extended warranty. I crossed it off but he would not do it so we walked out after a 2 hour visit. No puchase. They called the next day saying they have a new offer but we did not buy it.

We only communicated via email and that experience was ok. They sent me the information I was looking for but I wound up purchasing a car from another dealer.

The original contact was unavailable the night I had to go. He handed me off to an excellent colleague and it went smoothly even though I ended up not buying anything yet

Dealer contacted me promptly. Price they are asking for the used vehicle is unreasonable, however. You can literally purchase a brand new vehicle (same make/model/trim) for about $3k less thank what they want for a used one MY 2023 with about 200 miles on it.

Paul has really been nice. Even offered free shipping to our home. Offered great deals. But, I want a CPO vehicle. Especially on a Kia Sportage or a Hyundai Tucson.
